Pet Regulations: Pets Allowed
Details: For Quarters is a pet-friendly community. We welcome up to 2 pets per home with a maximum weight limit of 55 lbs. There is $175 Non-refundable fee for cats and $350 Non-refundable fee for dogs up to 25 lbs; and a $450.00 non-refundable fee for dogs 26- 55 lbs. Monthly pet rent is $20/ month. We are pet friendly but we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler
