Newly renovated apartment homes will feature elegant crown molding, designer textured paint, interior lighting and ceramic tile flooring; open-style kitchens with breakfast bars including all new appliances; built-in china cabinets; new baths; private balconies or patios; ceiling fans, washers/dryers and tech spaces. All apartment homes will be pre-wired for cable giving residents their choice of cable or satellite television. Apartment homes will offer the added convenience of being pre-wire for surround sound.
